Growth Management Training

Yesterday, SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins held its Growth Management training session, bringing together 15 participants representing 11 different companies in the region, all eager to better structure the development of their businesses.

Designed to adapt to all business realities, regardless of size or industry, the training allowed participants to explore the key drivers of harmonious growth: managerial skills, strategy, human resources management, finance, internal efficiency, and more.

With a practical, action-oriented approach, the training provided entrepreneurs with concrete tools to prioritize the right strategies and build a realistic action plan tailored to their ambitions.

“An enriching training program that allowed me to take a step back, better understand my growth challenges, and leave with concrete tools to apply right away,” said one participant.
