A breath of fresh air at the Ma-Mi-Jo snack bar thanks to the support of the SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins
Saint-Léon-de-Standon, April 2, 2025
SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins is proud to announce a $20,000 loan to the Ma-Mi-Jo snack bar to support its development and new facilities. Thanks to this financial support, the establishment will be able to enhance its offering with the addition of a brand-new ice cream counter, scheduled to open on April 2.
The counter will be operated by a company that will lease the space dedicated to this new gourmet offering. This initiative will attract a wider clientele and further boost this business, which is well established in the community of Saint-Léon-de-Standon.
“A year after taking over the business, things are finally falling into place. Sometimes, a little help makes all the difference,” say Nathalie Baron and Sylvain Tanguay, co-owners of the Ma-Mi-Jo snack bar.
With this investment, the SADC reaffirms its commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and promoting the region’s economic growth. The addition of the ice cream counter is a good example of the positive impact that such collaborations can have on the commercial and social vitality of our municipalities.
