SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins Supports the Succession of Motel Parc Beaumont

SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins is proud to announce its support for the purchase of Motel Parc Beaumont inc., a tourist accommodation establishment with 12 rooms operating since 1980. The new owners are committed to securing the establishment’s future and continuing its development in the years ahead.

To support this acquisition project, SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins granted financing totaling $100,000, split between a $75,000 loan under Regular Loans and a $25,000 loan under Transfer Strategy. This financing made it possible to complete the arrangements needed to purchase the business.

Benefiting from a strategic location on Route 132, the motel serves travelers passing through year-round, as well as people needing accommodation during the winter season.

“We’ve lived in Beaumont for a long time, so taking over the motel mattered a lot to us. The support from SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins allowed us to make the purchase happen, and this is just the beginning: we have several ideas for growing the motel in the years to come” say Pierre Beaulieu and Yvon Labrecque, owners of Motel Parc Beaumont 2026 inc.
