The new owners are committed to securing the establishment&#8217;s future and continuing its development in the years ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support this acquisition project, SADC Bellechasse-Etchemins granted financing totaling $100,000, split between a $75,000 loan under Regular Loans and a $25,000 loan under Transfer Strategy. This financing made it possible to complete the arrangements needed to purchase the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benefiting from a strategic location on Route 132, the motel serves travelers passing through year-round, as well as people needing accommodation during the winter season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019ve lived in Beaumont for a long time, so taking over the motel mattered a lot to us.
